We are Conscious Medicine, PC(CM). We believe health and vitality are essential to the human spirit. We work to advance the highest expression of individual health by advocating for the widespread adoption of Functional Medicine as the standard of care.

Third Party Product Providers we work in association with: We work closely with various third party product providers to bring you a range of quality and reliable products and services (for example, CM collaborates with MPI Cognition on an educational product). When you inquire about or purchase one or more of these products, the relevant third party product provider will use your details to provide you with information and carry out their obligations arising from any contracts you have entered into with them.
