Joint & Muscle Pain
Struggling with muscle strain symptoms or seeking relief from muscle pain? Get help to explore contributing factors and create a comprehensive plan to support reduced inflammation and improved mobility.

Support strength, help reduce inflammation, and work toward restored mobility — from the inside out.
If you’re living with chronic joint pain, muscle tension, or pain that’s limiting your movement or quality of life, you’ve probably been told it’s just aging… or given anti-inflammatories and told to manage it.
At Conscious Medicine, we believe pain may be a signal that your body needs support, not a permanent condition. And we don’t just mask that signal — we explore: What might be causing your body to be inflamed, overloaded, or breaking down?
Whether it’s arthritis, autoimmune-related discomfort, injury recovery, degeneration, or unexplained chronic aches, we may help you explore and address potential root causes behind your discomfort, so we can work toward calming inflammation, supporting tissue health, and helping you move more freely again.
Your body is designed not just to survive but to repair and thrive.

How Our
Method Works?

We use the Conscious Medicine Method™ to guide you through a personalized journey of support. You’ll move through three steps:
Investigate → Revive → Thrive
Each step builds on the last, helping you explore what might be contributing to your muscles or joint pain, work toward balance in your body, and build long-term strength and resilience.
Step 1: Investigate
Explore potential contributing factors behind your pain.

This step includes two 75-minute sessions that give us a comprehensive understanding of what may be affecting your body and what your joint pain causes, so we can create a plan to support your mobility and work toward reducing inflammation.
🩺 Initial Clinical Consultation (75 minutes)
Together, we’ll explore:
- Your complete pain history — past injuries, surgeries, movement patterns, stress, and lifestyle factors
- Potential contributing factors like gut imbalances, chronic inflammation, environmental exposures, or nutrient deficiencies
- Targeted testing (when appropriate) to help us understand the full picture, which may include:
- Inflammation markers
- Gut and immune function assessment
- Environmental exposure evaluation
- Micronutrient and collagen status
- Autoimmune activity markers
- Hormone balance assessment
📊 Report of Findings (75 minutes)
In this second session, we’ll review your results in clear terms. You’ll receive:
- A comprehensive understanding of potential factors contributing to your pain in joints
- Personalized insights and recommended action steps
- A tailored plan to begin the Revive Step, where focused support begins

Step 2: Revive
Work toward reducing inflammation & supporting the body's natural repair processes.

- An anti-inflammatory nutrition approach that may support your immune system
- Support for your liver, lymph, and natural detox pathways
- Gut health support to help calm potential autoimmune pain responses
- Natural therapies like peptides, ozone, and IVs that may help reduce inflammation and promote repair (when medically appropriate)
- Targeted nutrients and vitamins for joint pain, muscles, and connective tissue
- Nervous system support to help manage stress and pain patterns
- Gentle movement and fascial care approaches to support mobility.
Step 3: Thrive
Support regeneration, rebuilding, and movement restoration

- Regenerative joint therapies (such as PRP, peptides, or exosomes, when medically indicated)
- Joint support treatments (such as hyaluronic acid, when appropriate)
- Muscle and mitochondrial recovery support strategies
- Movement plans to support strength, alignment, and joint health.
- Ongoing support for hormones, metabolism, and pain prevention
- A long-term plan to help support your continued mobility and confidence

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions

Why do all my joints hurt, and do I feel tired?
Widespread joint pain and fatigue can be a sign that your body is dealing with hidden inflammation, immune stress, or underlying imbalances. This could be related to factors like:
- Chronic inflammation
- Nutrient deficiencies
- Hormonal shifts
- Gut or immune system imbalances
- Environmental exposures
At Conscious Medicine, we explore these root causes using a whole-body approach. Your pain and fatigue aren’t “just in your head”—they may be signals that your body needs support to restore balance and energy.
Why does my body feel achy, but I'm not sick?
Aches without an active infection can still mean something deeper is going on. Your body may be reacting to stress, inflammation, poor recovery, or even past injuries. It’s also possible your nervous system or immune response is overactive or stuck in a pattern of dysfunction.
We help you understand what might be contributing to those unexplained aches—so you can get personalized support and feel more at ease in your body again.
What causes all your joints and muscles to hurt?
Widespread joint and muscle pain can happen for many reasons. It may be due to stress, overuse, lack of rest, or your body needing more support. Sometimes, it’s linked to inflammation, fatigue, or lifestyle habits that affect how your body feels day to day. If the pain lasts or keeps coming back, it’s a good idea to check in with a healthcare provider.
What autoimmune disease causes joint and muscle pain?
Some autoimmune conditions may affect how the body protects itself and can lead to pain in joints and muscles. This happens when the body’s immune response becomes unbalanced. Since many conditions share similar symptoms, getting the proper support and assessment from a professional is essential for understanding what’s going on.
How can you tell if the pain is in the joint or the muscle?
- Joint pain usually feels deep and happens where bones meet—like your knees, elbows, or fingers. It may feel stiff, swollen, or sore when you move.
- Muscle pain tends to be more spread out or in a larger area. It often feels like soreness, tightness, or cramping, especially after activity.
- If you’re unsure, noticing where the pain is and what makes it worse can help you figure out the difference.
