How Our
Method Works?

We use the Conscious Medicine Method™ to move you through three phases:
Investigate → Revive → Thrive

Phase 1: Investigate

Your journey begins with our two-step consultation process, which includes:

1. Initial Wellness Consultation — 75 minutes

  • Full review of your health history, patterns, and wellness concerns
  • Review of any recent hormone or wellness labs you may have
  • Discussion of additional testing options if appropriate
  • Guidance about nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness approaches that may support your transition

2. Report of Findings (ROF) — 75 minutes

  • Explanation of your wellness picture and any test results
  • Personalized wellness education plan with approaches that may support hormonal wellness
  • Discussion of available hormone therapy options and educational resources
  • Information about additional support services that may be helpful

Phase 2: Revive

We believe in supporting your body's natural processes through comprehensive wellness approaches.

In this phase, we focus on support that may help your body during this transition. This may include information about:

  • Digestive wellness approaches that may support hormone processing
  • Liver and lymphatic support options that may help your body’s natural detox processes
  • Approaches that may help reduce environmental stressors
  • Energy support strategies that may help with mitochondrial and adrenal wellness
  • Stress and sleep support approaches that may help your body’s natural restoration

You’ll receive support and health coaching, along with information about advanced wellness approaches like peptides and lifestyle modifications that may help you feel more supported.

Phase 3: Thrive

Once you have a strong foundation, we can explore more advanced support options.

This phase may include education about:

  • Bioidentical hormone options (like estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone) that may be appropriate with medical supervision
  • Regular wellness check-ins and lab monitoring approaches
  • Restorative wellness treatments that may support energy and healing
  • Approaches that may support muscle, bone, and cognitive wellness
  • Long-term wellness strategies for healthy aging

You're not broken — you may just need
different support during this transition.

Hormones don’t change in isolation. They’re connected to your overall wellness — your digestive health, liver function, stress levels, and how your body processes environmental factors. When these areas need support, your hormonal wellness may be affected.

That’s why we don’t focus on just one aspect. We help you explore comprehensive wellness approaches thoughtfully and in a supportive order.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the common signs that you need hormone replacement therapy?
  • Hot flashes or night sweats
  • Mood swings, anxiety, or feeling low
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Low energy or fatigue
  • Vaginal dryness or discomfort
  • Irregular periods or none at all
  • Low sex drive

Most women consider hormone therapy during their 40s or 50s, especially around perimenopause or menopause. But it’s okay to talk to your doctor sooner if you have symptoms earlier, like after surgery or due to health issues. There’s no “one right age”; it’s about how you feel.

Before starting HRT, it’s essential to look at:

  • Your symptoms and how they affect your daily life
  • Your age and how close you are to menopause
  • Your personal and family health history (like cancer, heart disease, or blood clots)
  • Your lifestyle, stress levels, and other health goals

Like any treatment, HRT can come with some side effects. These may include:

  • Mild bloating or nausea
  • Breast tenderness
  • Headaches
  • Irregular spotting or bleeding

Many women find that these side effects improve over time or with slight adjustments to their treatment. We will monitor your progress closely and make necessary changes to keep you feeling your best.

HRT helps restore hormone levels that naturally decline during menopause. It can:

  • Reduce hot flashes and night sweats
  • Support better sleep and mood
  • Improve focus and energy
  • Relieve vaginal dryness and discomfort
  • Help protect your bones from thinning (osteoporosis)
