Support your circadian rhythm, help calm your nervous system, and work toward the deep, restorative sleep your body needs to heal.

Sleep isn’t a luxury — it’s your body’s most powerful recovery time. But if you’re struggling to sleep, stay asleep, have sleeplessness, or wake up feeling rested, it may mean your internal systems need support.

At Conscious Medicine, we don’t just suggest melatonin or sleep aids. We explore what might be disrupting your sleep patterns — whether it’s hormone changes, blood sugar fluctuations, stress patterns, or cellular energy issues — and we may help support your sleep cycle from the root.

Because your body was designed to rest, recover, and rise refreshed. Let’s explore how to help it remember.

How Our
Method Works?

We use the Conscious Medicine Method™ to guide you through three supportive steps:

Investigate → Revive → Thrive.

We don’t just look at your sleep habits. We explore what may be beneath them — your stress response, hormone balance, gut health, detox pathways, and nervous system patterns — to help support your body’s natural ability to rest deeply and wake up restored.

Step 1: Investigate

Explore potential root causes of what may be keeping you up at night.

divider
This Step includes two 75-minute sessions designed to help us understand the deeper reasons why your sleep may be disrupted — and what your body might need to reset. 🩺 Initial Clinical Consultation (75 minutes) We’ll explore:
  • Your complete sleep history — including energy patterns, nighttime waking, stress factors, and lifestyle influences
  • How your brain and body may respond to stress, stimulation, and nighttime cues
  • What might be disrupting your rest: blood sugar fluctuations, hormone imbalances, inflammation, or nervous system activation
  • Optional targeted testing, such as:
  • Cortisol and melatonin rhythm (to assess how your body manages the day-night cycle)
  • Nervous system regulation (using HRV and stress pattern assessment)
  • Nutrients that support sleep (such as magnesium, glycine, GABA, and B vitamins)
  • Hormone and neurotransmitter balance
  • Gut health and food reactions that might contribute to nighttime wake-ups
  • Mitochondrial function and environmental exposure assessment
📊 Report of Findings (75 minutes) We’ll review your results in clear terms, so you understand:
  • Potential factors that may be affecting your sleep
  • What systems might be out of balance (nervous system, hormones, gut, etc)
  • How to begin the Revive Step  with a focused sleep support plan

Step 2: Revive

Work toward resetting your sleep rhythm and supporting your body's natural calm.

divider
Your body wants to sleep. But it may struggle to rest when it’s in heightened stress states. In this step, we may help your body feel more supported to relax and work toward restoring the rhythm it needs for deeper, more consistent sleep.
Your plan may include:
  • Support for potentially resetting your cortisol and circadian rhythm
  • Nervous system support (HRV tools, calming therapies, somatic techniques)
  • Gut health and detox support to potentially reduce nighttime inflammation or histamine responses
  • Natural sleep remedies, including nutrients and gentle supplements to support sleep chemistry (such as magnesium, glycine, and B6)
  • Peptides or bioregulators that may support neurotransmitters and cellular repair (when medically appropriate)
  • Gentle hormone support when needed and medically indicated
  • Lifestyle tools and rituals that may help your body shift into rest mode each night
  • Deep sleep isn’t forced — it may be supported by a body that feels safe, supported, and in rhythm.

Step 3: Thrive

Support energy restoration, brain health, and long-term resilience.

divider

Once your sleep is more consistent, we build on that progress, supporting your brain, hormones, and cellular energy so you may wake up with greater energy and mental clarity.

This Step  may include:

  • Regenerative therapies (such as IV nutrition, ozone, or NAD+, when medically indicated) for brain and body recovery support
  • Hormone support to help maintain your circadian rhythm
  • Mitochondrial support that may help restore energy, memory, and focus
  • Sleep tracking and personalized nighttime routine development
  • Tools for emotional processing and stress management
  • Long-term guidance to support resilience and help prevent future sleep disruptions

Will insomnia ever go away?

Yes, insomnia can improve, especially when we explore and support the underlying reasons your body isn’t able to rest. At Conscious Medicine, we don’t just treat the symptom. We look at what’s happening underneath, like stress patterns, hormone imbalances, blood sugar issues, or nervous system overactivation. With the right support, your body can remember how to rest, reset, and sleep naturally again.

Feeling exhausted but still unable to sleep is often a sign that your body is stuck in “fight-or-flight” mode — a stress response that keeps your system alert, even when you’re worn out. This can happen when your nervous system, stress hormones, or sleep rhythms are out of balance. We help explore these patterns and offer personalized tools to help your body feel safe, calm, and ready to rest again — not just tired.

Waking at the same time each night may relate to your blood sugar, stress hormones, or even liver detox patterns. Your body may be sending signals that something needs support. Our approach focuses on understanding why your rhythm is disrupted—and how to restore it.

  • Stick to a sleep schedule: Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends.
  • Create a calming bedtime routine: Try reading, gentle stretches, or deep breathing before bed.
  • Limit screens before sleep: Turn off phones, TVs, and computers at least 30–60 minutes before bed.
  • Avoid caffeine and heavy meals late in the day: These can make it harder to fall asleep.
  • Keep your bedroom calm, quiet, and dark: A peaceful space helps your body relax.
  • Get sunlight during the day: Natural light supports your body’s sleep-wake cycle.
  •

The 30/30 rule is a simple way to manage sleepless nights. If you can’t fall asleep within 30 minutes, or if you wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back asleep after 30 minutes, it’s best to get out of bed. Go to another quiet, dimly lit room and do something relaxing—like reading a book or listening to calming music. Avoid screens and anything too stimulating. Only return to bed when you feel sleepy again. This helps your brain connect your bed with rest and sleep—not with tossing, turning, or feeling frustrated.
