How Our
Method Works

We use the Conscious Medicine Method™ to move you through three phases:
Investigate → Revive → Thrive

Phase 1: Investigate

Two 75-minute consultations to understand your health patterns, identify areas for support, and create your personalized wellness plan.

Step 1: Initial Wellness Consultation — 75 minutes

  • Comprehensive health history, lifestyle factors, hormonal patterns, and wellness goals
  • Review of symptoms across body systems: digestive, thyroid, adrenal, metabolic, cognitive, emotional
  • Discussion of existing lab work (if available)
  • Recommendations for targeted testing may include: DUTCH hormone panel, digestive health assessment, micronutrient analysis, environmental toxin screening, metabolic markers, thyroid function, inflammatory indicators, HRV, or biological age assessment.
  • Initial wellness support recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation

Step 2: Report of Findings (75 minutes)

  • Detailed explanation of assessment results and functional health mapping
  • Discussion of patterns that may indicate hormone imbalance, cellular energy concerns, inflammation, digestive dysfunction, or environmental burden
  • Personalized plan for the Support Phase to address identified areas
  • Customized care pathway options to support your health span, energy, and mind-body connection

Phase 2: Revive

We focus on addressing factors that may be affecting your system function:

  • Digestive health support and microbiome balance
  • Hormone rhythm and adrenal function support
  • Detoxification pathway support (liver, lymphatic system)
  • Blood sugar balance, sleep optimization, and circadian rhythm support
  • Lifestyle strategies, nutritional protocols, and targeted supplementation

Phase 3: Thrive

Once foundational health is supported, we focus on advanced wellness strategies.

  • Bioidentical hormone support (if clinically appropriate)
  • Advanced wellness therapies (IV nutrients, ozone therapy, regenerative treatments)
  • Cellular energy and cognitive function support
  • Body composition and fitness optimization
  • Longevity strategies, HRV training, and personal wellness growth

Many women experience being told
they're "fine" when they don't feel their best.

We believe in taking a proactive approach rather than waiting for problems to develop.

Our approach emphasizes prevention, root-cause analysis, and regenerative wellness. We focus on understanding your body’s signals and supporting optimal function early.

We believe you deserve to feel clear, balanced, strong, and connected to your body at every stage of life.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Can this program support hormone health during perimenopause or menopause?

Yes. If clinically appropriate, bioidentical hormone support and other integrative strategies may be recommended to support balance and well-being during this stage.

Yes. This assessment is grounded in lifestyle and functional medicine principles, focusing on nutrition, detox, stress management, and natural support when possible.

Even if you feel healthy, regular wellness checks can help catch slight imbalances before they become bigger concerns. It’s also a great way to stay informed about your body and support your long-term health.

A wellness assessment focuses more on prevention, lifestyle, and root causes. Instead of just treating symptoms, it looks at how your whole body functions and how to support your well-being naturally.
